GLOWING SKIN BEST PRACTICES

GLOWING SKIN BEST PRACTICES

Do you know that in order to have glowing and younger looking skin you have to develop and commit to good skin care practices? Here are a few practices that you can incorporate into your daily skin care routine:

- Hydrate your skin by drinking at least 4-6 glasses of water per day.

- Exercise as often as possible; at least 30 minutes three times per week

- Eat healthy. Incorporate fresh fruits and vegetables in your meals daily.

- Get enough sleep; 6 - 8 hours of sleep per day is ideal.

- Cleanse, tone and moisturize your skin twice a day; in the morning and in the evening.

- Avoid cleansers that are harsh and drying to the skin.

- Use a detox mask at least once a week to deep clean your pores and remove toxins from your skin. Kwengha Botanicals' Detoxifying Face Mask was formulated for this purpose. You can find it here

- If you wear make-up, use as little as possible, and remove using a gentle make-up removal as soon as possible when you no longer need it. Never go to bed with makeup on your skin.

- Wear a good sun screen with at least 30 SPF at all times before leaving your house to protect your skin from harmful UV-rays.

- Get a facial treatment and skin care consultation/advice from an Aesthetician or Beauty Therapist to kick start your skin care routine, especially if you have specific skin care concerns or goals. Check out Kwengha's Facial Treatment Services here. You will not be disappointed.
